My name is Claudius Oliveira and I have been a Chef in the Bay Area for over 20 years.
My Specialty is Northern Italian Cuisine.
I moved to San Francisco in 1982 and immediately started working at DePauli's Pizzaria on Fillmore and have been opening restaurants all over the Bay, ever since! I am very lucky to have been exposed to such great food while growning up in Italian Family.
